Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
